Orders are sent out within 48 hours and you will receive a tracking number. You can then expect to receive the order in 3-5 days.

Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally.

Instructions on how to use the oil are printed on the back of every box and on the website shop page. The best time to use the oil is after a shower on damp hair when the oil can be more evenly spread and absorbed.

As mentioned in 'How do I use the oil?', we recommend the best time to use the oil is after having showered. Once your hair has been towel dried and still a little bit damp, it makes it easier for the oil to spread evenly through your hair.

After this inital application, oil your hair once it begins to dry and your scalp in most cases will not need to be oiled again until after your next shower. Your scalp produces its own oils to maintain your hair so it's important not to wash it out immediately.

99.5% of the ingredients are natural. Only natural ingredients have been used for their hair care properties except for a few drops of parfum for scent. We have sourced and used only the highest quality natural ingredients to make the oil which is reflected in the 6 month expiration after opening, when the oil begins to denature.

Yes.

The oil has been lab manufactured and undergone numerous tests to ensure stability and safety. Asira has also been manufactured adhering to all EU and UK regulatory standards and is safe to use as directed. It is recommended to patch test for 24 hours and monitor the oil before using it, just in case you have an allergy to one of the ingredients.
